- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 1tsp white vinegar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Olive oil to grease your hands
Toppings:
- 8oz. fresh pepperoni
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
2. Heat mozzarella and cream cheese in small, non-stick pan on medium heat
3. Stir until they melt together. Add the other ingredients and mix well
4. Lather hands with olive oil and flatten the dough on a greased cookie sheet, making a circle about 8 inches in diameter.
5. Prick the crust with a fork (all over) and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven.
6. Spread diced tomatoes on crust. Top the pizza with meat and cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
