- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 3-4 tbsp of cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp agave
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
1. Stir coconut oil and peanut butter in frying pan over low/medium heat, keep stirring until smooth
2. Add cocoa powder to the mixture, stir until smooth
3. Add Agave, stir
4. Take off the heat and pour the mixture into a glass measuring cup, then add vanilla extract and mix
5. Set up cupcake liners in a cupcake baking dish, pour your mixture in about a third of the way in each liner
6. Put the pan in the freezer for 30 minutes, after 30 minutes take them out and store in an airtight container in the freezer
