- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 tbsp butter, softened
- 1/4 cup monk fruit sweeter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
1. Add all ingredients together and mix, you should use a hand mixer to get all the ingredients mixed together well
2. Spoon mixture into a cupcake tin with liners or a silicon mold
3. Top with strawberries or your favorite fruit
4. Freeze for one hour, then transfer to an airtight container and store in the freezer
